13 people signed up for basic course in Oct.
Rob handed out practice test for amateur radio Tech level.
Discussed an EMR class with Baker FD, more info to come.
Rob, Phil will create flyers for handing out for recruitment.
Discussed going to local business for donations.
Fundraising is needed badly.
